Service Description

Receive an individualized Yoga Therapy practice following our initial consultation. I will guide you through your customized practice and will make any necessary adjustments. A third yoga session is highly recommended as a follow up to ensure the yoga therapy program is working well for you. Please note that my business is located on the second floor of the building. If stairs are a challenge, I am happy to discuss the possibility of meeting in your home.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must provide 48 hours advance notice to receive a refund.
