Consultation for receiving Yoga Therapy

Service Description

FREE consultation session. You will receive a confidential intake form via email prior to your consultation. During your consultation appointment, you will receive a thorough evaluation from a holistic approach. I will then design a therapeutic Yoga Practice to address your specific needs, which you will obtain during your first Yoga Therapy session. To hold your appointment time, you must CONFIRM your appointment and return the intake form 24 hours in advance. *Please note that my business is located on the second floor of the building. If stairs are a challenge, I am happy to discuss the possibility of meeting in your home.
